Congrats to our Howley Scholarship Recipients!

Two graduating 8th graders from St. Rose of Lima Catholic School are recipients of the Howley Scholarship. Scholars are selected based on:

  1. Demonstrate significant financial need as defined by the financial aid evaluation process currently used by the school.
  2. Have scores on admissions test/standarized tests to indicate a high probability of success.
  3. Demonstrate a high level of academic achievement.
  4. Exhibit a high probability of ongoing participation and meaningful contribution in at least one extracurricular activity.
  5. Demonstrate strong evidence of the family support and the cultural attributes necessary to succeed.

Sahana Registre is very excited to continue her studies this fall at Merion Mercy Academy on this scholarship. Jayden Brown will be continuing his studies this fall at West Catholic Prepatory High School on this scholarship.

The Howley Foundation sponsors scholarships to help all students regardless of economic means, to receive the best education possible. It is designed to educate tomorrow’s leaders by providing deserving students with an opportunity for an excellent education.

Congratulations Sahana & Jayden, we are so proud of you!
